KENTUCKY HORSE PARK — Following the announcement of the cancellation of the CCI5* at the Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event a fundraising campaign has been launched in an effort to save the 2021 event.
“You have supported and sustained Equestrian Events, Inc. since 1978,” announced the LRK3DE. “The Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event is loved by many. Without spectators, the financial requirements to host the CCI5*-L are too great for our organization after a year without income. In order to change course and run the LRK3DE 5*-L in 2021, financial support and donations are needed. The event would need to raise $750,000 by Sunday, February 7.
While not covering all expenses, these funds will provide EEI with enough resources to begin making plans for the CCI5*-L at the ‘Best Weekend All Year!’
Those that donate will be recognized by EEI in some fashion, with those donating in excess of $500+ being provided an early ticket-purchase opportunity for the 2022 event!”
