SOMERSET, Ky. — SPEDA developed an online survey to gauge interest in a residential rental facility on Hwy. 27 South. The facility would offer community amenities such as a gym, pool, dog park and more.
President and CEO of SPEDA, Chris Girdler confirmed that there have been interested parties in constructing a facility along the US 27 corridor.
SPEDA is asking Somerset residents to weigh in. The survey — found here — is expected to be open through the end of this week.
