Douglas J. Smith has joined the team at First Kentucky Bank as a commercial lender with a focus on business development for Ohio and Daviess counties. Smith has 25 years of banking experience, with his most recent role being an agricultural business banker. He graduated from Southern Illinois University of Carbondale with a Bachelor of Science degree and resides in Owensboro. He and his wife, Suzanne, have two adult children, Brandon and Emma.
Smith has been involved with the Kiwanis Club of Owensboro as a board member and volunteer for over 20 years and with Audubon Area Community Services as a board member for over 15 years. He has served on the finance committee for Saints Joseph and Paul Catholic Church for the past 15 years.
