Lee Garlove joins as a Member, practicing as part of McBrayer’s corporate law team. He brings a wealth of experience in handling corporate legal matters, focusing primarily on entity formation, corporate contracting, commercial transactions, and real estate transactions.
He has additionally served as a negotiator for many statements of work, operating agreements, leases, master service agreements, license agreements, independent contractor agreements, and various other types of commercial contracts.
Also joining the Louisville office is experienced paralegal Kimberly Bowlin, who works with Member Su Kang in the firm’s family law practice.
