LEXINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 13, 2012) — Tempur-Pedic is finishing up its move to its new global headquarters in Lexington, the Herald Leader reports.
Its new, expanded headquarters is a 128,000 s.f. building in the Coldstream Research Campus off Newtown Pike. As part of the expansion, Tempur-Pedic was preliminarily approved for $8 million in tax incentives by the the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority.
The mattress maker plans to add 65 jobs within five years. The jobs are expected to pay an average hourly wage of $50, including benefits, the newspaper says.
