COVINGTON, Ky. — DBL Law attorney and CPA Colleen Fausz has been promoted to partner. Colleen practices in DBL Law’s Business and Transactional, Estate Planning and Probate, and Banking and Commercial groups. She assists trusts, estates, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individuals with tax compliance and tax and estate planning. Colleen represents businesses in acquisitions and divestitures and consults on various business and employment tax issues.
Colleen transitioned within DBL Law after serving as the firm’s Controller, where she was responsible for managing all financial and operational aspects of the firm and associated staff. She is based in the firm’s Covington, KY office.
Colleen earned a J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, graduating magna cum laude. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy from Thomas More University, graduating summa cum laude.
Colleen serves on the Family Nurturing Center Board of Directors and on the NKU Community Engagement Advisory Board. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Northern Kentucky Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association, and the Kentucky Society of CPAs.
