LEXINGTON, Ky. — Dustin Stacy, formerly the Senior Vice President and Benefits Consultant, has assumed the role of President of Bim Group. Dustin will oversee the operations of the company while maintaining his role of consulting with and advising his employer clients, as well as directing all company strategic initiatives.

Dustin’s career path includes in-depth and varied experience within the health care industry. Prior to joining Bim Group in 2010, Dustin’s experience focused extensively on consulting with hospitals and physician groups regarding licensure and reimbursement analysis.

His insight regarding provider data analytics yields a unique perspective on the impact on healthcare plan performance and prompted the development of Bim Group’s Analytics & Underwriting department.

His knowledge base extends to all aspects of health and welfare planning, with an emphasis on self-funded financing arrangements. His expertise in tiered medical plan design, budgeting, network analysis, reinsurance, and Pharmacy Benefit Management carve-out arrangements, make him an invaluable resource to the Bim Group team and client partners.

“Dustin’s innovative vision to serve the emerging health and welfare needs of our employer clients, ideally positions him to assume Bim Group’s leadership role as President,” said Bim Group CEO L. Briggs Cochran. “Since joining Bim Group, Dustin’s positive leadership impact is evident in many aspects of our practice, which has earned him the full confidence of our team of professionals and executive leadership team.”
