The Kentucky Department of Parks has opened a new $6 million marina at Dale Hollow Lake State Park. The new 200-slip marina – which replaces one that accommodated only 36 boats – was developed by the Webb Companies of Lexington.
Work is nearing completion on a 50,000-s.f. spec building in the Southeast Kentucky Regional Business Park. The new building will be the second of its kind in the industrial park, which is located off of I-75. The other building is occupied by the vending branch of Pepsi Cola Bottling.
