Van Halen to kickoff 2012 North American Tour in February at Louisville’s KFC Yum! Center

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Jan. 6, 2012) — Van Halen, Rock And Roll Hall of Fame inductees, announced their return to the live stage with an extraordinary 2012 North American tour beginning Saturday, Feb. 18, at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville. Kool & The Gang will join Van Halen for select tour dates.

Tickets for the Louisville show are $149.50, $79.50, $49.50 and $29.50, reserved. Prices include facility fees. In addition, Van Halen confirmed their new album, “A Different Kind Of Truth,” will be released in the United States by Interscope Records on Feb. 7. The first single from the album, “Tattoo,” and its accompanying video will debut Tuesday, Jan. 10, with album pre-orders starting that day. “A Different Kind Of Truth” is Van Halen’s first original studio album with singer David Lee Roth since the band’s classic multiplatinum album “1984.”
