LOUISVILLE, Ky.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM) announced Thursday that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend to stockholders of $0.27 per share payable on July 26, 2013 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 28, 2013.
The company is scheduled to release its first quarter 2013 earnings report on May 1.
