(March 5, 2012) — The Mayor’s Healthy Hometown Movement and Sullivan University’s National Center for Hospitality Studies are partnering to provide a free half-day workshop to show local restaurant owners and chefs that a few small changes can help them create the healthier menu options customers are demanding.
