Top six core provider relaunches acquired companies as solutions to continue growth in financial services, managed compliance industries
PADUCAH, Ky. (March 8, 2012) – Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI), a provider of end-to-end technology solutions that empower businesses from community financial institutions to large enterprises to remain competitive, compliant and profitable, meets Strategic Growth Initiative (SGI) outlined to investors March 2011. The pinnacle of SGI is rebranding four of CSI’s recent acquisitions – CSI has acquired six companies in eight years – as one company that serves as a total solutions partner to the financial services industry and other key business sectors.
CSI’s decision to merge its acquired companies, excluding Charlotte, N.C.-based ATTUS Technologies, Inc., combines more than 1,000 employees, 23 offices and multiple solutions under one name, providing customers with a more efficient sales and service structure. CSI delivers product offerings in the following six solution areas:

· Mobile and Internet solutions;
· Payments processing;
· Print and electronic distribution; and
