Officeware Announces Acquisition of Print Manage Inc.

OfficeWare, a Louisville-based provider of document management and print solutions, has acquired Print Manage Inc., another Louisville company that provides managed print services to businesses and organizations throughout Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and Tennessee.

Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Print Manage will continue to do business under the Print Manage name, operating as a division of OfficeWare. Lisa Tyler, owner and president of Print Manage, will stay on with the firm in an executive capacity as vice president of managed print services.

Print Manage has been in business for nearly 20 years and now generates approximately $4 million in annual revenue. The company has offices in Louisville and Lexington and employs a total of 18 employees, most of who have been offered positions under the new structure with OfficeWare.
OfficeWare, founded in 1957, has annual revenues topping $18 million. In addition to its Louisville headquarters, OfficeWare also has offices in Lexington and Bowling Green, Ky.; Evansville, Ind.; Marion, Ill.; and Cincinnati, Ohio, and employs more than 100.
