Brown-Forman declares cash dividend for July 1

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (May 23, 2014)– Brown-Forman Corp.’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 29 cents per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock. Stockholders of record on June 4 will receive the cash dividend on July 1.
