First of two proposed centers accepting applications for healthcare-related sales and service jobs
PADUCAH, Ky. (June 10, 2014) — TeleTech Holdings Inc., a global provider of analytics-driven, technology-enabled customer engagement solutions, is hiring ahead of next month’s opening of a state-of-the-art customer experience center in Paducah, Ky. The center, one of two local sites announced last year in a groundbreaking ceremony with Gov. Steve Beshear and city officials, will create more than 300 jobs supporting the healthcare industry.
TeleTech’s new site, housed in a 30,000-s.f. building in the Paducah Commerce Park, will provide an array of customer experience and multi-channel communications services on behalf of a major health insurance company.
