Awards given for Outstanding Commonwealth’s Attorney and Outstanding County Attorney

Four recipients honored

FRANKFORT, Ky. (August 22, 2014) — Awards for Outstanding Commonwealth’s Attorney and Outstanding County Attorney were announced this week by Attorney General Jack Conway at the Kentucky Prosecutors Conference at the Lexington Convention Center.

Edison Banks, Commonwealth’s Attorney for the 47th Judicial Circuit representing Letcher County, and Chris Cohron, who serves as Commonwealth’s Attorney for the 8th Judicial Circuit representing Warren County are this year’s recipients of the Outstanding Commonwealth’s Attorney awards.

Jennifer Hutchison-Corbin, Adair County Attorney since September of 2000, and Mike Foster, who has served as the Christian County Attorney for the past 33 years, received the  2014 Outstanding County Attorney awards.
