LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Oct. 10, 2014) — Applications for Leadership Louisville Center’s Bingham Fellows Class of 2015 are being accepted through Nov. 21. The program year runs from January through October 2015.

leadershipThose chosen for the fellows are tasked with an issue of importance in the community and asked to tap into their imagination and talent for gathering critical resources to create social change. The topic for the 2015 Bingham Fellows is “United We Stand: A New Model for How City Collaborates with State.”

Cities across the U.S. are serving as the economic engines and centers for innovation and social progress for their states. Those cities that are most successful build a culture of collaboration and become true partners with state and federal governments. The Bingham Fellows will gather Louisville business and community leaders and seek to better understand how government works and build a collaborative network to improve how cities partner with state government.
