Will be located in Hamburg Place
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Dec. 2, 2014) — Wild Eggs will open a second location in Lexington later this month. The new restaurant will be in Hamburg Place next to Malone’s. A location already exists at 3735 Palomar Center Dr.
The Lexington Wild Eggs locations are owned and operated by Golden Eggs, LLC a Lexington-based company.
Wild Eggs Hamburg will occupy 3,900-s.q. feet and will seat more than 130 people, including patio space. The Hamburg location will feature an eclectic atmosphere consisting of bright and cheery hues of robin’s egg blue and pastel yellows, and will include signature design elements like their custom-designed egg wall, breakfast bar and specially commissioned egg artwork.
The restaurant plans to hire 50 new employees.
