Will add 30 new jobs at headquarters and distribution center
JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. (Dec. 4, 2014) — Shoe Sensation, Inc., a regional chain of family shoe stores based in Southern Indiana, has expanded operations by more than 70 percent and is adding 30 jobs at its headquarters and distribution center.
Shoe Sensation employs about 900 associates, including about 60 full-time associates at the company’s Jeffersonville headquarters. It operates 105 stores across 16 states and the company plans to open more than 20 new locations per year over the next two years.
In addition to new store associates, the company is adding buyers, allocators, human resource professionals, accountants, advertising specialists, warehouse associates and real estate professionals to support its expansion.
