Five attorneys join firm
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Feb. 26, 2015) — Dinsmore & Shohl has added five environmental attorneys from Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP — partners Carolyn M. Brown, Jack C. Bender, Jennifer J. Cave and R. Clay Larkin and partner of counsel Robin B. Thomerson.
“The fate of newly developed EPA rules targeting coal combustion is up in the air, and that’s causing a compliance nightmare for companies,” said Chauncey S.R. Curtz, Dinsmore’s natural resources group chair. “They need to have a plan in place to conform to the new regulations, and these attorneys are on the front line advising utility companies.”
