Will begin on June 1
VERSAILLES, Ky. (April 22, 2015) — G. Devin Stephenson has been named president of Big Sandy Community and Technical College (BSCTC), Kentucky Community and Technical College System president Jay Box announced today.
Stephenson has nearly 40 years of higher education experience and recently served as president/CEO of Three Rivers College of Missouri from 2009-2014. He has previously held a number of leadership positions within the Alabama Community College System including vice president of external affairs and dean of students at Bevill State Community College, CEO of Snead State Community College and dean of students at Walker State Technical College.
After consideration of four candidates, the BSCTC Board of Directors unanimously recommended Stephenson for the position. Board Chair Karen Sellers said,
Stephenson will begin the appointment June 1.
