FRANKFORT, Ky. (May 7, 2015) — The Shaping Our Appalachian Region (SOAR) Strategy Summit will take place at 9 a.m. on Monday at the East Kentucky Expo Center in Pikeville. Gov. Steve Beshear and Rep. Hal Rogers, who initiated SOAR in 2013, will attend the summit.
Live coverage will air on KET KY channel and online at www.ket.org/live, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. WYMT-TV will also air live coverage from 9 to 11 and 2:15 to 5 p.m. on WYMT and wymt.com.
