Fireworks begin at 10 p.m.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (June 19, 2015) — The Fourth Annual Riverview Park Independence Festival will take place on June 27 in Louisville. Last year more than 10,000 people attended the festival, said Councilman Rick Blackwell.
Events begin at 3 p.m., with fireworks scheduled for 10 p.m. Country rocker J.D. Shelburne will take the stage at 8 p.m. 31W will perform 5-7 p.m.
Limited parking is available at the park. Additional parking will be available at Pleasure Ridge Park High School located at 5901 Greenwood Road. TACR will provide a trolley shuttle from 4-10:45 p.m.
