Lexington, Ky. – Pottery Barn, an upscale home decorations retailer, will be opening a Lexington location at the new Summit at Fritz Farm development.
The Summit at Fritz Farm is located at the corner of Nicholasville Road and Man O’ War Boulevard. The development, once completed, will offer street-level retail and restaurants featuring a collection of national and local boutiques. There will also be over 300 condo-quality and office space. The project is being developed by Bayer Properties.
Other organizations joining Pottery Barn include a new sit-down restaurant concept by local chef and five-time James Beard nominee Ouita Michel, as well as another Athenian Grill restaurant location.
The Summit is expected to open in the fall of 2016.
