Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation announces new board members

Lexington, Ky. – The Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation, part of KentuckyOne Health, has named three new board members.

New board members include: Diane H. Cashen, ESL coordinator, Bluegrass Community and Technical College (BCTC) Operation Read; Lee C. Hall, vice president, Hallway Feeds; and Fr. Norman Fischer, parish priest, St. Peter Claver Catholic Church.

Cashen serves as the English as a second language coordinator of BCTC Operation Read, a division of BCTC Adult Education. She is an active member of the Junior League of Lexington.

Hall is vice president of Hallway Feeds, where he has been employed since 1983. He currently serves on the board of the American Feed Industry Association and is a member of the Rotary Club of Lexington, Keeneland Club, Lexington Club and the Lexington Chapter of Legatus. Hall holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from the University of Kentucky.

Fr. Fischer serves as the parish priest at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church as well as the chaplain at Lexington Catholic High School.

Established in 1989, the Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit corporation with the purpose is to raise and administer funds to support the core values and strategic plan of KentuckyOne Health.  Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation assists the programs of Saint Joseph Hospital, Saint Joseph East, Saint Joseph Jessamine RJ Corman Ambulatory Care Center and The Women’s Hospital at Saint Joseph East.
