List compiled by The Chronicle of Education

LEXINGTON, Ky. (July 22, 2015) — Centre College, Hazard Community & Technical College, Murray State University and Somerset Community College were named to The Chronicle of Education’s list of 2015 Great Colleges to Work For.

The primary factor in deciding whether an institution received recognition was the employee feedback.

Hazard Community scored high in: Facilities, workspace and security; job satisfaction; and work/life balance.

Murray scored high in: Collaborative government; confidence in senior leadership; teaching and environment; and tenure clarity and process.

Somerset scored high in: Compensation and benefits; facilities, workspace and security; professional/career development programs; respect and appreciation; and work/life balance.
