JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. (Aug. 5, 2015) ― Havens Medical Group will relocate to the Clark Memorial Medical Center – Clarksville effective Aug. 31. The new location provides more space for the practice and will help provide service to more patients.
Dr. Theresa Stroot will round-out the staff of doctors and nurse practitioners including Dr. James Havens, Dr. Stephen Havens, Dr. Katrina McGillivray, Dr. B. Hillsman Williams, Cyndi Hook, NP, Laura Sparks, NP and Tina Woodrome, NP.
To introduce the physicians and nurse practitioners to the surrounding community, an open house event is scheduled from 1-4 p.m. on Oct. 1.
Activities include:
- Meet and greet with the physicians and nurse practitioners
- Free blood pressure checks
- Flu shots available for $15
- Tour of the facility
- Gift bags
- Grand prize drawing
- Light refreshments
New doctor joins Spring Hill Internal Medicine
Dr. Laura Larch will join Spring Hill Internal Medicine on Aug. 31. Larch has been with Clark Memorial Medical Center – Clarksville since 2005.
Spring Hill Internal Medicine is located in the Medical Plaza on the main campus of Clark Memorial Hospital.
Larch is board certified in internal medicine. She graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1989 and then attended the University of Louisville, School of Medicine. She received her doctorate degree in medicine in 2002 and completed her residency in internal medicine in 2005.
