“We had an excellent pool of candidates for the position and are thrilled to have found in Emily the winning combination of broad health policy knowledge and experience, strong administrative capabilities and a passion for the mission of KVH to improve the health of Kentuckians,” said KVH Chair Sheila Schuster.

Prior to joining Kentucky Voices for Health, Beauregard served as director of planning and communications at the Kentucky Primary Care Association, where she worked on practice improvement, community development, policy advocacy, and communications with members and policy-makers.  She previously served for five years at the Family Health Centers in Louisville as the health planner and refugee health coordinator. “She has been very active with KVH as a coalition member, understands the mission and vision of our organization, and will be able to immediately make a difference in broadening our outreach and increasing our impact,” said Rich Seckel, KVH Board Officer.
