JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. (Sept. 17, 2015) — Haven’s Medical Group-Clarksville is hosting an open house from 4-7 p.m. on Oct. 1 in their new office located at 2205 Greentree North. At the open house, participants can meet physicians, nurse practitioners and other medical staff, tour the facility, receive free blood pressure checks and $15 flu shots.
Havens Medical Group-Clarksville is a family practice of the Clark Physician Group. The doctors and nurse practitioners are: Dr. James Havens; Dr. Stephen Havens; Dr. Katrina McGillivray; Dr. Theresa Stroot; Dr. B. Hillsman Williams; Cyndi Hook, NP; Laura Sparks, NP; and Tina Woodrome, NP.
