Awards based on 2014 calendar year
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Dec. 15, 2015) — The Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance (KCREA), a state-wide, web-based Commercial Information Exchange (CIE) owned and maintained by the Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS (GLAR), announced the winners of its 6th Annual KCREA Broker of the Year Awards.
Awards were based on the sale/lease comparable entered into www.kcrea.com for the calendar year 2014. The criteria for winning an award involves the number of transactions and square footage involved in the sale or lease
Winners are:
- Industrial Broker of the Year – Stephan Gray of Commercial Kentucky, Inc.
- Retail Broker of the Year – Rhonda Karageorge of Commonwealth Commercial Real Estate
- Office Broker of the Year – E.P. Scherer of Commercial Kentucky, Inc.
- Multi-Family Broker of the Year (new award this year) – Reed Weinberg of PRG Commercial Property Advisors
KCREA is owned and maintained by GLAR for the purpose of supporting and enhancing the commercial real estate market through a comprehensive listings database of commercial and industrial properties.
