LEXINGTON, Ky. (Dec. 28, 2015) — The University of Louisville football team will be featured on EPSN at 7 p.m. on Wednesday against Texas A&M in the Music City Bowl in Nashville.
Louisville is 7-5 overall and went 5-3 in the ACC, finishing third in the Atlantic Division. After a 2-4 start, Louisville finished the season 5-1, including a season-ending 38-24 victory against the University of Kentucky. Louisville trailed 24-7 at halftime in that game, but outscored UK 31-0 in the second half.
Texas A&M is 8-4 overall and went 4-4 in the SEC West, finishing tied for fifth.
The teams shared a common opponent—Auburn. Louisville lost to Auburn 31-24, while Texas A&M lost to the Tigers 26-10.
The only other Kentucky team to make a bowl game—Western Kentucky—beat South Florida 45-35 in the Miami Beach Bowl on Dec. 21.
