Based on surveys sent to area lawyers
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (March 4, 2016) — Louisville Magazine has named its list of “Top Lawyers 2016” in its March issue. The magazine mailed a survey in January to all 2,694 members of the Louisville Bar Association, receiving 432 completed surveys.
The survey asked: “If you or a family member were in need of legal services, who among Louisville-area attorneys would you choose to provide services” in a variety of categories for large firms (having 50 or more lawyers) and small/medium firms.
Each lawyer receiving a first-place vote was awarded two points, while second-place received one point. The lawyers with the highest overall totals were honored for the list.
