Frontier sees big growth at CVG; celebrating one millionth passenger

ERLANGER, Ky. (March 30, 2016) — CVG and Frontier are today announcing the one millionth passenger (winner will receive a year’s worth of travel and parking) to fly Frontier from CVG since it started service in May 2013.

Frontier Airlines has experienced tremendous growth at CVG. They began service at CVG on May 17 of 2013 with one flight a day to Denver. Since that day, Frontier has operated more than 3,700 flights and provided service to 15 different markets.

Frontier has reached its one millionth passenger at CVG in just three years of service, which shows an incredible response from the community to having low-cost carriers at the airport.

In less than three weeks Frontier will be adding three new non-stop destinations from CVG: San Francisco (April 14); Los Angeles and Houston (April 15); And one more in May, Philadelphia (May 13)
