ECSI names COO and VP of civil engineering

LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 6, 2016) — Doug Mynear has been named chief operating office of ECSI and Fred Eastridge has been named vice president of civil engineering, the organization announced today.

Mynear is now responsible for operations of ECSI coordinating with other officers and managers in day to day functions of the business. He is still active in the civil/environmental projects and other aspects of ECSI services.

Eastridge is responsible for all civil engineering projects, including site development, plans, permits, design, and business development. He has also been named a partner in ECSI. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in Civil Engineering.
