Allows dental professionals to renew licenses
LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 19, 2016) — The Kentucky Board of Dentistry has launched a new website, built using responsive design, streamlined content and more prominent calls to action for users.
The website offers licensed dental professionals the ability to renew their professional licenses online; complete changes of license status, reference continuing education accreditation and laboratory requirements, as well as apply for sedation licensing.
“The new website and online renewal system were built with a desire to increase convenience and access to resources for our licensed professionals and constituents,” said David J. Beyer, executive director of the Kentucky Board of Dentistry.
The site also offers citizens the ability to search for dentist and hygienist licenses, file open records requests and file complaints.
The Kentucky Board of Dentistry’s site was built through a public-private partnership with Frankfort-based Kentucky Interactive, LLC.
