State Board of Elections to hold special meeting to verify primary results

FRANKFORT, Ky. (May 27, 2016) — Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes announced today that the State Board of Elections will conduct a special board meeting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday. At the special meeting, the State Board will certify the vote totals for the May 17 Primary Election and issue Certificates of Nomination to candidates who received the highest number of votes in the primary.
