LOUISVILLE, Ky. (June 22, 2016) — Hogan Lovells, a leading global legal practice, has signed a 10-year lease to become the largest tenant of Paragon Place in Louisville. Its $8.9 million investment is projected to create 250 high-quality jobs.

“Louisville is proud and excited to have been selected by Hogan Lovells for its new global business services center,” said Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer. “I am confident that our talented workforce and business-friendly culture will provide the perfect environment for success here.”

Hogan Lovells announced the opening of its second global business services center in February of this year, following a strategic review of how the firm provides business services support. The center is expected to be in full operation by this September and will partner with the firm’s other global business services center in Johannesburg, South Africa to provide comprehensive business support services firmwide.  Understanding the complexity of the firm, diversity of locations supported and the firm’s commitment to excellence, innovation and expertise, the two centers will provide continual uninterrupted services.

“Our new Louisville location and state-of-the-art facilities provides an ideal space to support the firm’s global operating strategy,” said chief operating and financial officer Scott Green. “Together with our global business services center in Johannesburg, South Africa, we are positioned to seamlessly conduct business anytime, for any client, no matter where they may be located.”
