Gov. Bevin makes appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions

FRANKFORT, Ky. (Aug. 12, 2016) — Gov. Matt Bevin has made appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions.

  • Michael D. “Spike” Jones has been appointed to the Kentucky Law Enforcement Council. Jones, of Covington, is Chief of Police for Kenton County. He will serve the remainder of an unexpired term ending July 1, 2019.
  • Arthur E. Ealum has been appointed to the Kentucky Law Enforcement Council. Ealum, of Owensboro, is Chief of Police for the City of Owensboro. He shall serve for a term expiring July 1, 2020.
  • Tracy A. Schiller has been appointed to the Kentucky Law Enforcement Council. Schiller, of Elizabethtown, is Chief of Police for the City of Elizabethtown. He shall serve for a term expiring July 1, 2020.
  • Michael D. Bosse has been appointed to the Kentucky Law Enforcement Council. Bosse, of Nicholasville, is Chief of Police for the City of Georgetown. He shall serve for a term expiring July 1, 2020.
  • Robert G. Riggs has been appointed to the Kentucky Airport Zoning Commission. Riggs, of Lexington, is a private pilot and certified flight instructor and is president/owner of Riggs Sales Service, Inc. He shall serve for a term expiring Aug. 8, 2020.
  • William E. DeReamer has been appointed to the Kentucky Airport Zoning Commission. DeReamer, of Prospect, is a helicopter pilot and Director of Safety for Helicopters Inc. He shall serve for a term expiring Aug. 8, 2020.
