Has led nonprofit for 10 years
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Aug. 23, 2016) — Renee Shepard has announced her resignation as president and executive director of the Downtown Lexington Corp., effective in September, the Downtown Lexington board announced today. Shepard has led the nonprofit that produces many popular downtown events for 10 years.
Temple Juett, DLC’s board president, said in a statement: “The board is thankful for Renee’s leadership over the past 10 years as DLC has continued to grow and make a positive impact on downtown Lexington.
