LEXINGTON, Ky.— Jacob Michul and Charles Otten have joined Morgan & Pottinger, P.S.C. Michul will focus primarily on real estate law, business law and litigation, and regulatory law. Otten will support several of the firm’s practice areas including banking and finance law, business law and litigation, employment and labor law, and real estate law.

Michul advises clients on a wide range of real estate transactions involving acquisitions, sales, title insurance, land use, disputes and more. He also provides general counsel on business issues and works closely with companies to help them better understand the laws and regulations that affect daily operations. A Lexington, Ky., native, Michul graduated magna cum laude from the University of Kentucky and earned his JD from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He will be based in Morgan & Pottinger’s Lexington office.
Otten studied various areas of the law through internships in both private and public sectors during law school. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina and graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law. Otten will practice with Morgan & Pottinger in Louisville.
