Film by Kentucky director premieres tonight in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Sept. 8, 2016) — “Couch Survivor,” the first full-length film by Kentucky director/writer Johnny Walls, will premiere at 8 tonight at the Kentucky Theatre in Lexington. Following the showing of the film will be a 30-minute question and answer period with Walls.

The film will then play twice a day from Friday through Tuesday.

The movie is described as “A comedy that follows the executive of a failing, C-level, cable network, and the contestants in his latest project: A reality show in which seven people compete to see who can stay on one couch the longest for 100,000 big ones.”
