Gov. Bevin makes appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions

FRANKFORT, Ky. (Sept. 30, 2016) — Gov. Matt Bevin has made the appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions.

Danette Josephine Wilder has been appointed to the Kentucky Commission on Women. Wilder, of Lexington, is an engineer. Wilder shall serve for a term expiring Jan. 17, 2020.

Paula B. Connell has been appointed to the Kentucky Commission on Women. Connell, of Louisville, is a financial advisor. Connell shall serve for a term expiring Jan. 17, 2020.

Lourdes C. Baez has been appointed to the Kentucky Commission on Women. Baez, of Louisville, is Director of Government Relations at Baptist Health. Baez shall serve for a term expiring Jan. 17, 2020.

Mary B. Broecker has been appointed to the Kentucky Commission on Women. Broecker, of LaGrange, is a homemaker. Broecker shall serve for a term expiring Jan. 17, 2020.

Ann Greene has been appointed to the Kentucky Commission on Women. Greene, of Crittenden, is retired. Greene shall serve for a term expiring Jan. 17, 2020.

Tierra Kavanaugh Turner has been appointed to the Kentucky Commission on Women. Kavanaugh Turner, of Louisville, is the founder of TKT & Associates, Inc. Turner shall serve for a term expiring Jan. 17, 2020.

John Kington has been appointed to the State Advisory Committee for the Land and Water Conservation Fund. Kington, of Prospect, is Deputy Commissioner for the Kentucky Department of Parks. Kington shall serve for a term expiring March 8, 2018.

William Herald Adkisson has been appointed to the State Advisory Committee for the Land and Water Conservation Fund. Adkisson, of Erlanger, is president of Adkisson Insurance Agency. Adkisson shall serve for a term expiring March 8, 2018.

Don R. Gibson has been appointed to the State Advisory Committee for the Land and Water Conservation Fund. Gibson, of Leburn, is an engineer. Gibson shall serve for a term expiring March 8, 2018.

Jeffrey Doug Morgan has been appointed to the State Advisory Committee for the Land and Water Conservation Fund. Morgan, of Morehead, is a retired welder. Morgan shall serve for a term expiring March 8, 2018.

Ronnie Everett Claiborne has been appointed to the State Advisory Committee for the Land and Water Conservation Fund. Claiborne, of Nancy, is a farmer. Claiborne shall serve for a term expiring March 8, 2018.

Russell Lee Edwards has been appointed to the State Advisory Committee for the Land and Water Conservation Fund. Edwards, of Providence, is a farmer. Edwards shall serve for a term expiring March 8, 2018.

Molly Elizabeth Caldwell has been appointed to the State Advisory Committee for the Land and Water Conservation Fund. Caldwell, of Lexington, is a nonprofit executive. Caldwell shall serve for a term expiring March 8, 2018.

Vanessa Lenear has been appointed to the State Advisory Committee for the Land and Water Conservation Fund. Lenear, of Florence, is a parks and recreation director. Lenear shall serve for a term expiring March 8, 2018.

John R. Triplett has been appointed to the State Advisory Committee for the Land and Water Conservation Fund. Triplett, of Warfield, is an attorney. Triplett shall serve for a term expiring March 8, 2018.

Jeffrey Wayne Holland has been appointed to the State Advisory Committee for the Land and Water Conservation Fund. Holland, of Hopkinsville, is the vice president of Pennyrile Machine Co. Inc. Holland shall serve for a term expiring March 8, 2018.

Kathy Hopkins has been appointed to the State Advisory Committee for the Land and Water Conservation Fund. Hopkins, of Lexington, is the former Division Director of Equine Operations at the Kentucky Horse Park. Hopkins shall serve for a term expiring March 8, 2018.

Nelson Robert Scott has been appointed to the State Advisory Committee for the Land and Water Conservation Fund. Scott, of Horse Cave, is a senior right-of-way agent at Kentucky Power Company. Scott shall serve for a term expiring March 8, 2018.

Chester Alan Hayes has been appointed to the State Advisory Committee for the Land and Water Conservation Fund. Hayes, of California, is a retired electrician, supervisor and planning specialist. Hayes shall serve for a term expiring March 8, 2018.

Nicholas Craig Hazel has been appointed to the State Advisory Committee for the Land and Water Conservation Fund. Hazel, of Campbellsville, is Assistant Executive Director at Lake Cumberland Area Development District. Hazel shall serve for a term expiring March 8, 2018.

Charles Montgomery Haddaway IV has been appointed to the State Advisory Committee for the Land and Water Conservation Fund. Haddaway, of Pleasure Ridge Park, is former Executive Director of the Kentucky Recreation and Park Society. Haddaway shall serve for a term expiring March 8, 2018. He will also serve as Chair of the Committee.
