21c Founder & CEO to keynote regional event
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Young Professionals Association of Louisville (YPAL) will host the region’s 4th annual YP Unite Summit on Nov. 4-5 in Louisville.
The Summit will bring together more than 150 young professionals from cross the region including Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Bowling Green, Lexington and Nashville. Steve Wilson, founder and CEO of 21c Museum Hotels will keynote this year’s event.
Wilson’s vision has guided the growth and creative direction of 21c, an award-winning hospitality company and multi-venue contemporary art museum. Wilson leads the team to translate original vision of 21c Museum Hotels into each project through art, architecture, hospitality, and food. Under his leadership, 21c was launched into the national spotlight, and the brand has sustained a tremendous growth trajectory.
The YP Unite Summit creates an environment where young professionals can connect, engage and develop through networking, collaboration and leadership development. The event will kick off on Friday, Nov. 4 at the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience, followed by a full day of panels and breakout seminars on Saturday, Nov. 5 at Genscape.
Topics on this year’s agenda include entrepreneurship, professional development, young professional group best practices and young professional group leadership. The summit will also welcome a panel of local and regional elected officials.
“This is an opportunity for young professionals from across our region to come together to collaborate on best practices, talk about community issues, network with the top leadership of other young professional organizations and hear from change makers about making a difference personally, professionally and civically,” Chris Nation, President of YPAL, said.
