Will be held in Prestonsburg
PRESTONSBURG, Ky. (Oct. 18, 2016) — Morehead State University’s East Kentucky Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and the Floyd County Chamber will offer free workshops on customer service and sales pitches. Workshops will be held at Morehead State University’s Postsecondary Building, room 115, 6 Bert T. Combs Drive in Prestonsburg.
From 6-7:30 p.m. on Oct. 25, “Customer Service-It’s Not About You” will demonstrate how to identify the different styles and make every encounter with customers count.
From 6-7:30 p.m. on Nov. 1, “Making It Personal – Selling with Style” will teach participants how to restyle their sales pitch to meet customer demands and increase profits.
Rachelle Burchett, CEO of The Communication Trainer, will lead the workshops. She has a diverse background including non-profit, public relations and now a top performer in sales. She has utilized these positions to grow personally and professionally. Her passion is people and helping them learn more about themselves and ways to communicate successfully.
