Career fair to be part of Murray State’s Agriculture Appreciation Week events

MURRAY, Ky. (Oct. 21, 2016) — Murray State University’s Hutson School of Agriculture will host the second annual Agriculture Appreciation Week Oct. 28 to Nov. 3. Geared toward advocating for agriculture in a positive way on Murray State’s campus, this year’s theme is “Race AGainst Hunger,” inspired by the statewide Kentucky Hunger Task Force initiative launched by Agriculture Commissioner Ryan Quarles.

Events include an internship and career fair is scheduled on Nov. 2, a concert by Peterson Farm Brothers, various club booths and a farm animal meet-and-greet.
