There’s no better place to get into the holiday spirit than the Maker’s Mark distillery in Loretto during the annual Candlelight Tours. This year the free events are Saturday, Dec. 3 and Saturday, Dec. 10, during which visitors can tour the festively decorated Victorian grounds and 19th-century restored distillery.
The self-guided Candlelight Tours are free and open to the public. In addition to strolling through the distillery, visitors also can enjoy bourbon-inspired cocktails and refreshments from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on each of the scheduled evenings.
Guests are encouraged to stop by the Maker’s Mark gift shop for special, limited-edition holiday items. Holiday items also can be purchased online at makersmarkshop.com.
