Appointed through 2018 election
FRANKFORT, Ky. (Nov. 18, 2016) — Gov. Matt Bevin today appointed John E. Coyle, Jr., of Springfield, as magistrate for Washington County Fiscal Court District Four.
Coyle is a farmer and retired educator. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in secondary education from Campbellsville College and his Master’s Degree in vocational and technical administration from the University of Kentucky.
Coyle shall serve until the position is filled in accordance with the results of the Nov. 2018 midterm election, pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 152 of the Kentucky Constitution.
