Ranked 59th in world
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Jan. 9, 2017) — Pollstar Magazine has ranked the KFC Yum! Center 30th in the U.S. and 59th in the world for ticket sales in 2016. KFC Yum! Center sold nearly 300,000 tickets in 2016.
“In 2016, we hosted 130 events, including four of the top 10 tours in the world and nine sold out shows,” said Dennis Petrullo, general manager of KFC Yum! Center. “Bruce Springsteen, Carrie Underwood and Justin Bieber each returned to packed houses, showing just how passionate local fans are about great entertainment. We look forward to continuing to provide memorable concert, family and sporting events in 2017.”
Booked shows for 2017 include Twenty One Pilots, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Eric Church and Bruno Mars.
