Creates more than $2 million in revenue
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Feb. 10, 2017) — The International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) will hold its 2020 annual Expo! Expo! in Louisville. The event typically brings in more than $2 million in revenue to the host city. It is usually held in December.
“Organized in 1928 as the National Association of Exposition Managers to represent the interests of trade show and exposition managers, the International Association of Exhibitions and Events is the leading association for the global exhibition industry,” according to IAEE. “Today IAEE represents over 10,000 individuals in 52 countries who conduct and support exhibitions around the world.”
Last year’s show, in Anaheim, Calif., attracted more than 2,200 industry professionals. It featured 262 exhibitors with more than 40,000 net square feet of exhibit space. The event also was available online.
