Gov. Bevin makes appointments to boards and commissions

Three appointments named

FRANKFORT, Ky. (March 22, 2017) — Gov. Matt Bevin has made appointments to Kentucky Boards and Commissions.

Kentucky Workers’ Compensation Funding Commission:

  • Ted Carl Luckett, of Louisville, is a pastoral associate. Luckett will represent labor. He will serve for a term expiring Nov. 18, 2020.

Kentucky Board of Barbering:

  • Joseph D. McNulty, of Owensboro, is a barber. McNulty will represent barbers. He will serve for a term expiring Feb. 1, 2020.

Racing Health and Welfare Fund:

  • Andre Fereole Regard, of Lexington, is an attorney. He will serve for a term expiring June 8, 2017.
